Carla T was absolutely amazing! She greeted everyone with such kindness and ensured everyone was seen as quickly as possible. Although there was a little bit of a wait (no fault of hers), no one was upset with the wait due to her kindness and overall pleasant energy. You can tell she truly loves her job and helping those who come to the Vision Center. She is an absolute GEM!!
On February 7th 2025 Around 6pm Friday Those Two Caucasian Ladies Were Amazing They Had Nice Service & One Made My Glasses Feel Brand New Awesome Service Definitely Coming Back Again When I Need New Glasses 👓
I called on 12/18/2024 and spoke with Carla T about my glasses that had broken and she was absolutely wonderful! She explained my warranty and I visited the store the same day and she was so welcoming and helpful. She was by far the most professional individual that I have ever had the pleasure to meet . I will always call first to ensure she is working when I need any vision help as I truly will only want to deal with her . Thank you Carla T for all your assistance!
