My only complaint is as a new client, I wished I was greeted when I arrived to the suite by the person who opened the door for me ?, but Jnai’s personality made up for that and she made me feel less anxious .“

“Wow! I received lash removal, lash extensions, and eyebrow henna and everything was WONDERFUL! Nitra is a true professional of her craft. I've gone to two other places and the Lash Critic is by far the best! Have you ever had a lash bath??? You're missing a treat! When I had my other lashes removed, (installed from another place), they did not hurt. Nitra was very patient and caring about my lashes. The new installation was very relaxing and the eyebrow henna achieved the desired result. This is my new place for anything relating to my eyes because Nitra is the BEST!“
