“This service was available with less than 10hrs notice. My tenant moved out and I needed the apartment carpet cleaned for a showing the following day.The tech Jerome was ontime, introduced himself as the boss, was shown the job and proceeded to explain how he would eliminate the carpet dirt and stain.He did a prebuff, which agitated and lifted the dirt, then the other tech did a thorough steam cleaning. They went back over a heavily soiled spot when asked.The overall experience was an Excellent one. The price was fair and the work was excellent, so I gave a good tip. We tried another local cleaner when we first moved here but we immediately stopped using them because they kept “losing” our clothing that we dropped off and didn’t really express any concern in trying to locate the missing items. The project created an accumulation of dust over and underneath everything (furniture, pictures, clothes, appliances, windows, doors, etc.) all throughout the house.
