Marvin did the service. He came out that same afternoon. I'm very pleased with the work. I'm having a bathroom re-model upstairs and had to use the 2nd downstairs bathroom. It hadn't been used for years, and a clog developed in the drain. He cleared it out for me to use. Thank you!
I was satisfied with the service of the installer. I did not appreciate his attitude after the service was completed. He did not give me the owner's manual from the electric water heater I purchased. He threw it away and said I do not need. He started sending me rude text messages once I was inquiring about a few issues, including my owner's manual He threw away. I would have given a 5 star. The plumber was outstanding & the work was first-class. However, the repair required cutting a hole in the inside wall of the house to access and replace a section of the rusted outside pipe. Now to finish this goat-rope I must fix the hole in my living-room wall to complete the repair. Additionally, I thought the price $750.00 was a bit steep.
