waited until I was standing in her driveway to cancel my appointment. I had texted her two days prior to ask for the address and what to bring so she had my number. The fact that she never reached out herself to confirm and never apologized or offered compensation for my missed time indicates to me she had no intentions of servicing me. She claims she emailed me but no such email came. I have an event today and now must scramble to get my hair done. Poor service.
