Long time customer but the owner she do not honor her refund policy. I recently bought a needoh squishy toy that they have in the front. On my way to work I noticed it was leaking. Today I informed her abt it and she got defensive claiming that no one else complained and argued that I should have brought it back the same day! Her refund return policy says the opposite. Save your money and go to Walmart or 5 below where they honor their policy.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a beauty supply store, and I will never spend another dollar here.

As a Black woman, I found it deeply disappointing to be treated with such disrespect in a business that relies heavily on Black customers and Black women's spending. Throughout my visit, I felt unwelcome, closely watched, and treated more like a potential problem than a valued customer. It was an uncomfortable experience that left a lasting negative impression.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. My daughter and I visited yesterday bcuz she wanted press on nails, the owner LITERALLY followed my daughter aisle to aisle! It’s giving racist, all black ppl don’t steal from the hair store. Once I realized what he was doing, I took my business elsewhere, I will NEVER return to this place.
