I purchased these two items. Could not preview before purchasing and both of the openings to feel the product were covered (probably due to theft). When I opened they both are basic durags. Not at all what I was looking for. Same quality nothing more deluxe than the other. Likely won’t be back but they do have a great selection of items. I think it’d be helpful to have some samples of these types of products so customers can know what they’re purchasing since the package has to be completely destroyed to open with all the additional tape added for security and no refunds. Only $6 but still can’t use either item.
This store offers a variety of hair supplies including colorful Bobby pins. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable on where to get all of the items I requested. You know they are doing something right when the line is wrapped like an amusement park line. Worth the wait and visit for last minute hair supplies.
The expansion into the neighboring space is great. It's not so tight in there anymore. Excellent selection of makeup, hair products, wigs, and beauty products. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable customer service.
