If you like over 30 day responses from your doctor or how about everything being dismissed as psychiatric or anxiety OHH I’m sorry I forgot the most important one YOUR OVERALL HEALTH in general then this is the practice for you!! LITERALLY PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS I guess I’m not the only one experiencing this horrendous care from this practice I don’t agree with hurting someone’s title so I won’t say which doctors in particular let’s just say some are willing to listen more than others however, it’s been years of me going here and I still cant wrap my head around why I still book appointments here
They can’t/won’t use my insurance to give me a simple flu shot because I’m not over 65. Why pretend to be a primary care physician if you won’t do basic care?
This office has the most unacceptable phone system that I have ever seen in my life! I have worked for a very busy medical practice in Towson for 30 years. Our office has a “no more than 3 ring” policy whereby we pick up the phone within that time. This Joppa office is totally fine to let you sit on hold for up to 45 mins BEFORE YOU reach the office! Today I asked the girl why? She said “Oh we are very busy and receiving a lot of calls”.
Really? That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard!! HIRE someone then to field calls!
