We had blocked pipes. When we flushed our toilets, we had sewage in our basement bathtub. We called Atlantic Blue, and our technician was EXCELLENT. He was communicative, professional, polite, and efficient. I will definitely be calling this company again.
I only have one complaint/concern. We called in the middle of the night for emergency service. At 12:30ish we were told someone would be available and calling us soon. I went to bed at 1:30am. We were not contacted until 7:30 am, and our tech arrived around 9:30. I did not call back after 1am to ask for updates, I chose sleep instead. I had called 4-5?
