Air conditioning issue on the worst day of heat and air quality. Called at 6 am and they arrived by 9. Found a refrigerant leak, fixed it and recharged the Freon. Discovering the source of a leak is a major process. Air conditioning working by noon!
Gary, Ronald, and Anthony did a patient and thorough job evaluating and problem-solving a mystery water leak while showing empathy about the stress of the situation. They were also nice to our cats.
