We needed an urgent care for my son and picked here because of the convenient location. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and explained to us how to check in. While my wife checked in my son and I talked about the colorful fish in the tank which helped take his mind off of not feeling well. We thought the waiting room was very clean, colorful, and inviting. We didn’t have to wait long and overall our entire visit was quick which was appreciated. The doctor did some quick tests and could confirm my son had the flu. Great experience. Able to schedule a last minute appointment. Online booking was great. The in office staff was very kind and efficient. Clinician provided great patient . Best urgent experience we have ever had.
Everyone was very friendly and answered all our questions. I understand it's the season for illness, and there was quite a wait, but the staff was great to me and my daughter.
