“This was my first time going to KayB, and she was amazing. She has a little chair outside her suite for you to wait if she’s still in an appointment, and you just knock on the door to let her know you’re there. It’s really comforting in her suite. She was really polite and conversation didn’t feel like she was doing it because she had to. I learned a lot about her, and she is definitely a hard working woman with a passion! Her suite has mirrors at the end of the waxing table, which I thought was unique. But, it was cool because I’ve never been able to see myself get waxed before. I don’t know if that was the intention, but it helps build another layer of trust. For the actual wax itself, she is quick, and professional. My hair is thinner but a little coarse at the same time, and I am also used to having waxers having to do “cleanups” or going back in with tweezers.
