This was my first time going to KayB, and she was amazing. She has a little chair outside her suite for you to wait if she’s still in an appointment, and you just knock on the door to let her know you’re there. It’s really comforting in her suite. She was really polite and conversation didn’t feel like she was doing it because she had to. I learned a lot about her, and she is definitely a hard working woman with a passion! Her suite has mirrors at the end of the waxing table, which I thought was unique. But, it was cool because I’ve never been able to see myself get waxed before. Was a great first experience with Kay. I was a little apprehensive going in but she made me feel very comfortable undressing and getting on her table for my Manzillion. She was informative through the process and didn’t bat an eye when I got a 1/2 hard at the beginning. Very professional and very good at what she does. I will certainly be a repeat client.
I went to European Wax Center once years ago for a Brazilian and never went back because it was so painful. I was tired of shaving and ready to try again. Instead of taking a gamble with a random at EWC, I decided to try KayB and I’m SO glad I did! It’s like getting the best of the best at EWC. It was way less painful this time, she made my experience super comfortable, and I got some great tips: bought the Fur oil she recommended & exfoliated daily, no razor bumps! I’ll be back!
