The Orkin Tech who comes out for inspection of our facility on a monthly basis is always professional, and gives us feedback on what was done and give us suggestions on what we could do if a problem persists. We have never asked a question that they were not able to answer will get back to us in a timely manner. Customer Service, of course, is above par.Services: Hornet & wasp extermination

I called to have a quote and the service agent that answered the call was great in every way. He answered all my questions. When the exterminator came he was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I was worried about the Posion being near my dogs, but he showed me how the boxes lock and there was no way for the dogs to get into them.Service: Rodent extermination

This was a yearly termite inspection. The technician was incredibly professional, polite, and thorough. I have never had an inspection of the outside of the house that included the bricks and slate around my gardens, my wood pile, the old stump in the back, etc . Inside, he checked each and every bean in the unfinished part of the basement. He also gave me some tips and things to consider to keep my home and property pest free. Amazing and welcome! Thank you!
