She took the time to listen to our concerns, answer all of our questions, and explain the different care options available without ever making us feel pressured.

We had a really great experience with Home Instead. The entire process was smooth from beginning to end. We had a rough couple of weeks trying to navigate everything and figure out the right care for our loved one, so having Home Instead step in and take some of that stress off our shoulders meant a lot to our family.
Christina was very informative during the initial consultation and took the time to understand our concerns and hesitations without ever making us feel pressured. My wife recently got in contact with Home instead to help take care of our relative, and get more information. She was connected with a team member named Christina who was very welcoming and helpful.
