I’ve been using Yard by Yard for many years. I feel so lucky to have found them! Each year they remove weeds and mulch - all the while meticulously working around my precious plants. I swear their judicious pruning makes my shrubs happy!
I fully trust their team and enjoy seeing the same friendly crew each year. Most of all, I appreciate their understanding of native plants and enthusiasm for creating beautiful habitats to foster and enjoy nature.
I had Brian come out last year to do some landscape cleanup and maintenance, and to give me some suggestions for native plants. After a day of work, the yard looked great, and I had a plan for my natives. In addition, his team dug up some of the bushes and ragwort in the front, as part of the 'haircut' my husband had requested, and transplanted them to the back, to add some color and ground cover. I asked Brian to come back last month for another cleanup, and to see how my native plants were doing. I used Yard By Yard for help with a major sloping portion of our yard. They installed timbers as a restraining border, and some nice grasses to help prevent runoff. They took a lot of time in the consultation, and clearly love what they do!That extra care was really great and their prices were competitive. I'll be using them again, and recommend them to other homeowners. I had to stay on top of them to get on their calendar, but I didn't mind.
