I had Brian come out last year to do some landscape cleanup and maintenance, and to give me some suggestions for native plants. After a day of work, the yard looked great, and I had a plan for my natives. In addition, his team dug up some of the bushes and ragwort in the front, as part of the 'haircut' my husband had requested, and transplanted them to the back, to add some color and ground cover. I asked Brian to come back last month for another cleanup, and to see how my native plants were doing. He had his team dig up some more of the ragwort, which was spreading like crazy, and moved them to the back. Our front yard looks manicured, but not formal, and I am very happy...read full review

I used Yard By Yard for help with a major sloping portion of our yard. They installed timbers as a restraining border, and some nice grasses to help prevent runoff. They took a lot of time in the consultation, and clearly love what they do!That extra care was really great and their prices were competitive. I'll be using them again, and recommend them to other homeowners. I had to stay on top of them to get on their calendar, but I didn't mind.

My yard needed help, and Brian and his crew rescued it! In addition to edging and pruning and making the landscaping in front look more welcoming, they transplanted many of the plants that had overgrown their borders to the back yard. They weeded the beds and mulched. And it was all done in a day. I called them back this year to get the beds looking their best again. Brian also helped me lay out the best arrangement for new plants.Services: Backyard landscaping
