Had a wonderful massage here with Enat. Very peaceful and relaxing environment in a cute neighborhood. Left feeling refreshed.

My go to for massage and facials. Including excellent eyebrow grooming and dying. Highly recommend Ms Edwina and LaKisha.

I used to love this place and recommended it to anyone seeking true relaxation and an elevated treatment experience. Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined, and it now feels as though anyone regardless of training or skill level is allowed to provide massages. Today, I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment but wasn't seen until 15 minutes after my scheduled time. I ended up leaving the treatment room just 12 minutes into the session. The service was completely unskilled: rushed, inconsistent, lacking rhythm, and missing the foundational techniques that define a competent, professional massage therapist. A skilled therapist uses intentional pressure, consistent/proper flow, and an understanding of muscle anatomy to create a therapeutic and cohesive experience none of which were present. Realizing the session was doing more harm than good, I made the decision to end it and leave. The front desk staff clearly knew something had gone wrong, as my early departure was obviously due to dissatisfaction. Yet I was still charged $139. Not only is that unreasonable, but deeply unprofessional. When I called for clarification, I was met with a scripted cancellation-policy explanation given by the same employee who witnessed me ending the service early and leaving the studio upset. Only after pressing for details was I told I'd need to speak with a manager. The entire interaction was dismissive, confusing, and frankly, insulting. This visit brought frustration instead of the relaxation this business is supposed to offer. And for anyone who believes the service I received, particularly from Pam, is acceptable, I can assure you they have not experienced a true massage from a trained, skilled professional.

I had a birthday massage booked at Still Point this past Saturday and the night before my massage my husband had to go the ER for an unexpected health emergency...he was kept at the hospital well into Saturday. I was home with our three kids and no car. I knew I would not be able to make it to the massage so I called right when Still Point opened to cancel the massage. I explained my situation and the super extenuating circumstances and they ultimately still charged me for the full price of the massage. I do understand that this is their policy but I've been going to still point for special occasion massages and facials for ~8 years and I could not believe that they wouldn't make at least a partial exception for a case like mine. I will not be going back because I don't want to support a business that doesn't have mercy on a client in a situation like this.

Najah was a miracle worker when it came to my lower back pain. She provided an amazing acupuncture service and was incredibly informative on how best to maintain results. I will be back to see her!

The Still Point Spa is a true gem in Takoma Park, MD!
I’ve been a weekly visitor for 18 months, and every experience has been exceptional. Here’s why I keep coming back:
Expert care: Ursula’s massage skills are on the highest healing level—her attention to detail, consistency, and thoroughness are unmatched!
Holistic healing: Thanks to Ursula’s recommendation, I explored acupuncture with Melissa, Naja, and former practitioners Dr. Dewaynia and Ruby. Each of these practitioners have a deep well of healing knowledge and intuitive wisdom that help release deep-seated pain and energetic blockages.
Life-changing results: The treatments have significantly improved my well-being—I genuinely believe these practitioners helped save my life.
Warm, welcoming staff: The front desk team always greets me with kindness and a smile that brightens my day.
Peaceful atmosphere: The spa’s Zen vibe is calming and restorative—perfect for anyone needing a reset.
Spa boutique: Every corner reveals a gem—thoughtfully curated, beautifully displayed, and full of treasures you’ll be thrilled to have picked up months later.
If you haven’t visited Still Point Spa yet, do yourself a favor and go. You’ll be so glad you did!
