Raymond painstakingly restored a beast of a 1950s MCM dining table that had seen much better days for me this fall. Thanks to Raymond's woodworking expertise and meticulous attention to detail, the table is now beyond stunning and a joy to have in my home. It is clear that Raymond is an expert at his craft, and I found his competitively-priced services to be worth every penny. I will not hesitate to use Raymond again for furniture restoration and refinishing in the future. Highly recommend!

Raymond did an amazing job on a bedroom furniture set that I had from my grandparents!! He knew exactly what needed to get done and took great care of my heirloom furniture. I will definitely continue to use him and highly recommend him.

Raymond is super passionate about his work, and did a remarkable job on an antique table from my grandparents that meant a lot to me that was sadly water damaged and with multiple dings from moderate use. He managed to repair and refinish it to its 1950s shine. Was able to deliver the piece from and back to my place, and completed well within agreed timeline at a reasonable price point. Would 100% recommend without reservations!!!

After leaving work at the Smithsonian Institution in 1990, I opened my own furniture, restoration business. I repair most any types of broken wooden furniture, do a lot of wood refinishing, reweave chair seats, such as hand woven cane, sheeting cane, rush, splint, wicker, rattan, and Danish Modern cord. I also reupholster furniture, as long as it’s not too large for my facility. I can restore smaller decorative art items like little statuettes, carved wooden pieces, electric lamps, etc. I’m pretty handy and have gained a lot of knowledge gained from decades of experience. So I can repair or restore most any interior domestic item. I also provide pick up and delivery service for a fee.
