My family and I are current residents at Park Ritchie. We've been residents for 30 years. Theo is one of the office managers at Park Ritchie. Theo is courteous and very informative. Every experience at Park Ritchie apartments is pleasant.
Great people working in the building and as well as the administration office. Always very helpful and willing to assist. The other day, my car got stuck in the biting snow and the assistant manager Theo, did not only go out of his way and schedule to get me a shovel and some salt, he actually came out to the parking lot to physically help get the car unstuck! Thanks for everything!!
I wish I could give more stars! Theodore was so accommodating. There was package left outside for me and he was certain to make sure it found it's way to me in a timely fashion even though I was out of the country and there is no mail room. This was a very important package and Theodore's professionalism and attention to detail ensured a safe delivery to its rightful owner.
