I have been living in Park Ritche Apartment building for the past four years. The community is awesome and this area is very conveinent and close to Silver Spring, downtown and DC for shopping and other needs you need for.Above all, Services in maintaining the building, like fixing elevator issue, parking lots, Hydrants , ACs and so on is getting way improved since Mis Leda took over the management and Juliana( sorry if I misspell her name) come into front desk services. Juliana takes her time to listen if I have any concern in my apartment and places a ticket for the same day service and she makes sure it is completed as requested. I’ve lived here for almost 30 years and I would not still be here if I didn’t want to be here. The rent is reasonable, the staff is very friendly and helpful.I have all the amenities I need right here in this neighborhood.

The community is great, the staff is great, the manager mrs. Leda Morris is very professional and friendly, she takes any reported issues seriously and timely. I love leaving here. Thanks for making us enjoy our living here.
