Fleming Oil is a compassionate and empathetic place of service. I have spoken to Donna, Michele, and met Gilbert Fleming in person. I have encountered Jeremy a couple of times and he is always very polite and knowledgeable and explains what he is about to do in regards to service. Donna was extremely Kind today especially during the crisis that we are all facing. Thank you for your Kindness, Donna!Dad has been a long time customer of Fleming Oil.

My family buys oil from this company all the time, and while the driver and service itself is great, the operator on the phone is always rude. She is professional but never friendly and is it not part of customer service to also be empathetic and kind?

This company is the best, I came home to a house that was just about out of heat oil, they were the only company (even in this frigid weather) that were willing to deliver fuel within a few hours!! No contracts or credit checks, just the understanding of needing fuel to keep warm!! Thanks again!!!
