Josh is the technician which did the job on our tankless hot water heater and air conditioner. Josh explained the work being done on the water heater & air conditioner and asked if we had any questions. Josh did a great job made sure the work area was clean when finished. Great work and will use the service again

Look no further! My HVAC set up was super complicated and had very little room to work with. The Manager made sure the work was done correctly, sent his best techs, and personally came in to check the job and provided multiple option on how to proceed. I am extremely happy with the quality of work from this company. Very dedicated team!

Amazing experience using Carroll Mechanical. They provided quick response and install services, at various pricing options, giving the best value possible compared to other quotes. Chris was patient in all my many questions, walking me through each step of the way. Brendan and Everett crushed it in the install, quickly while doing great work. The new unit looks lean and clean, and Brendan helpfully explained the new operation to me thoroughly. Great experience, no regrets, Carroll Mechanical is my new go to HVAC company!
