My go-to alterations spot! I’ve taken several items here for alterations— dresses, pants, leotards— and they‘ve all come out beautifully. She recently hemmed a gown that was way too long. The fabric was complicated and delicate, but she did a great job as usual!
The service and care here is top notch at VIP World Dry Cleaners. I am always greeted with a big smile and questions about my previous drop offs and pieces I am bringing in. I often forget items in my pockets only for them to be right there waiting for me when I arrive. I routinely drop off 5-15 pieces and receive them within less than a week all cleaned and pressed nicely. The detail and care is the best in the area and I would recommend it to anyone in Silver Spring.
Called before going and was told that if I could get there with suit within the hour(Wed) she would try to get dry cleaned by next day after 3 p.m(Thur). or morning of Friday. Felt bad for interrupting her lunch and not getting there for two hours. She readied my suit and told me she would call if done early. Received the call 1:58 pm Thursday. My suit was ready for pickup. Thanks and she is a very nice lady like other reviewers have said
