Came in for a standard manicure. I had to stop by CVS so it was convenient.

Middle of the week so no wait. I told them I wanted a standard manicure and they asked why I didn’t want gel. I just don’t like how my nails look after it comes off and told them I just wanted standard. Sat down and she started prepping and again asked why I didn’t want gel and said if I got standard it wouldn’t even last a day. I’ve had standards at lots of places that have easily lasted up to a week or more, so again told her I didn’t want gel.

Paul is a remarkable individual who has been doing my nails for the past 9 months, and I absolutely love it. He is very sincere and has a natural affinity for people. His customer service is truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend him to all the ladies looking to have their nails done. Paul truly makes Ultra Nails Bar a destination worth visiting. You have gained a loyal customer!

I came in today for a mani/pedi and Paul was amazing! He took really good care of me and my nails from start to finish. He was patient and helped me pick colors, he made me laugh a lot, paid attention to detail and overall helped me have a great experience. I love this place already, he just made it better!
