About Sunoco
Sunoco is a convenient pit stop located in a busy area of Silver Spring, MD, near the Metro. The location can be congested, especially during rush hours, but it offers a clean environment and courteous staff. This gas station features a budget-friendly car wash with three price options: $10 (Standard), $12 (Silver), and $14 (Platinum). Many customers appreciate this service, noting that it is a good alternative to other nearby businesses that charge around $30 for a wash. The automated car wash may take a little longer than typical washes but generally provides a satisfactory clean, making it a popular choice for those looking to save money. However, some customers have raised concerns about the taste of cigarettes sold at the station, suggesting potential issues with product quality. Additionally, while the car wash is well-regarded, some reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the $2 charge for a self-service vacuum, which is often free at other car washes. Despite these concerns, Sunoco remains a recommended spot for reasonably priced fuel and car wash services in the Silver Spring area, appealing to both local residents and commuters.
