Twice he tells me that he could do the work, but then he just stopped communicating. Just answer the dang phone and talk to me, otherwise don't wast my time.

Unfortunately, I would not use this business again or recommend it. The handyman (Douglas) didn't let me know ahead of time that he wouldn't be able to make it to complete the projects that I need completed. I had to contact him today 10/11/2021, the appointment date, to find out that he just closed on a home and would not be coming out to complete everything. I had to hire someone else for the job. I could have had that person scheduled for today to come out since it is a slow day due to it being a Federal holiday, if only he (Douglas) would have told me ahead time. He could have called or emailed me the day before. I just think not communicating with the customer... read full review
