I ve been coming to them for years.I recently brought my 23 year old Motif 7.They replace all my switches on the right side main volume slider, one sharp key and tested the whole unit for about $340.I works like new. It was done in about a week. Great job Protech
Extremely Professional and Knowledgeable!! ProTech provided speakers, a mixer, a monitor, a keyboard and microphones in support of an offsite awards banquet in Annapolis, MD. Bob Williams was amazing and extremely helpful in putting together the necessary equipment at a very affordable cost. The staff at ProTech provided a detailed tutorial on setting up the equipment at the event and were available to take a last minute phone call when the pianist had a question concerning the keyboard. I would definitely use them again!!
Fantastic!! I took my hifi preamplifier in for service. I was told 4 weeks as they were busy which was ok by me. They called within a week with a diagnosis and price estimate. The work was done 3 days after that. The price was more than reasonable compared to other quotes I was receiving. And the fix worked perfectly. The preamp is back on my system and sounds as good as new. Thank you, Protech and Bob, for the amazing service.
