Dropped off my SA-47 and LaChapell 992EG - mic wasn't working, and the amp had line-level hum coming in at -13dbfs. After repairs, the tube preamp's noise floor is lower than my solid state amps at -80dbfs, and the 47 is rich and warm. Extremely happy with these repairs.I also dropped off an SA2A and SA76 - both of which were irreparable due to poor comms from stam. Understandable.Thanks ProTech!

Protech is a very responsive, reliable company that services electronic products, including digital pianos. I have used their services on two occasions to fix some issues with a new Yamaha digital piano i purchased about a year ago. Protech and their field service representative Scott skillfully addressed my issues. Scott also explained to me the workings of my digital piano and how to care for it properly as an investment, in addition to a source of entertainment. Highly recommend Scott and Protect. Thanks also to Shalini on their staff for her assistance.

Great service and good people. I had a Harmon Kardon hi-fi system that needed to be serviced. Both ‘Tom’ & ‘Ben’ quickly returned my calls. Great customer service. You need a GPS to find the shop due to construction!
