Took my vintage Mesa Boogie amp to ProTech as one of Mesa’s authorized service centers, and they did a great job with no follow up visit needed, and I was able to test it prior to leaving. Returning for subsequent (separate) repair and maintenance items, they were quick to respond via email and transparent about the estimated bench time. I feel confident about bringing my gear here because I know they’ll always make it right.
I was in a jam (not the fun kind) and the staff at ProTech were really helpful in finding the equipment I needed to rent in order to make my show happen, last-minute. They're awesome!
Dropped off my (smoking when powered on) Orange amp here, had it fixed and back in hand after only 2 weeks. I’ve taken a few PA and Guitar amps here over the past 10 years and I’ve always had the items remain reliable after the repairs. It’s an hour drive, but worth every second since other local places tend to shy away from diving deep into repairs or the repairs don’t hold up over time.
