Replaced 2 check valves on main water line. Quick response, great communicator, very helpful, easy to work with, and a very nice guy. I'm very satisfied, and will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

I had 4 different well-reviewed plumbers come out for a price consultation on removing an old gas water heater and installing a new one, and Payless' price was the most reasonable by far.

Zivko, Payless' plumber, was the only consulting plumber who foresaw a potential inspection issue with the size of my utility room based on the minimum ambient space needed for the size of the water heater.
