Employees are helpful and knowledgeable. The wait time is ridiculous but that's expected during high tax season. So if you're coming here to do your taxes be prepared to wait over an hour.
I’ve been getting my taxes done by Ernesto for the last 8 years, and will continue to do so as long as possible. This is a small business, so sometimes it takes longer than other places might, but in my experience their customer service is great, and they take all of the stress out of doing my taxes (while consistently getting me the most refund possible). Highly recommend.
