Items one velvet top. They got soap or something on it and it shrunk a littleSecond items a pair of plain white women's pants $20 for a 3-in hem!!! And there was a black dirty spot on my brand new white pants when I pick them up right out of the bag.After having lived all over Manhattan I'm absolutely shocked to pay this much and Silver Spring Maryland.

I took my moose knuckles coat there and told the lady to make sure not to mess up my hood. I asked has she ever dealt with a coat like mine and she said yes. I get my coat back and my hood not as heavy as was before and i have less fur than what i had last time do not go hear for your coat to be cleaned.

If I could give this cleaners a zero, I would. Convenient to my home so I continued to use it before, during and after the pandemic despite poor, rushed customer service. It's extremely overpriced for basic drycleaning and the lady who works there can be dismissive and rude - no sense of community or appreciation for patron loyalty. Made my last visit January 2023. Lots of organic drying cleaning options in the area now. Go elsewhere!Services: Organic dry cleaning
