I Care Doctor Silver Spring

UPDATE: Glad to report that the office did contact my daughter immediately, as offered in their response to my previous review. They provided free return shipping, corrected the lenses, and shipped them again. Thank you for your prompt corrective actions.

This office has seen alot of change over the years. Currently they are below par. We ordered glasses for my daughter at college. They were shipped to her at college and she received glasses that had not seen the finishing step of the process - the glass edges of the lenses had not been ground to smoothness, and were very sharp. Was an absolute blast, from the doctor to the staff. Elijah and Virginia were the best to getting me ready and picking out glasses. I will definitely be back and recommend everyone else does as well!

Convenient office with well organized, competent, friendly front desk staff. The paperwork is brief. The doctor (Sami) is smart, patient, caring, attentive, and a great asset for your eye care needs. It's exhausting to read the irrational and illogical negative reviews from reviewers who really need to take some ownership, have some accountability, and check their copays and deductibles. It's a small step to get a preauthorization so you know what you owe rather than come to Yelp to trash the doctor's office.
