I called for an appointment because I was without heat. Yosef returned my call and the appointment was set. Not only was this technician thorough and double checked everything, he was cognizant of my time and advised me if he was running a few minutes late. I want to make this clear, Home Comfort was the second company I called. The first company gave me an estimate of $469 to replace a $50.00 part they said was defective--there was nothing wrong with the part (which would have been under warranty anyway). Yosef is THE MAN!!! I called to get a quote for because I believed another company was overcharging me. Yosef got me a much lower quote for the new compressor in 30 min. He was very responsive. He came to inspect my unit before replacing the compressor and was able to get it running with without replacing anything, saving me thousands of doll hairs. If I ever have any HVAC needs again, I’m definitely calling Yosef.
When our furnace failed, Yosef came out the same day to diagnose the problem and gave an honest and competitive set of proposals for replacements. Despite an issue with the installation of the previous furnace delaying the process, Yosef stayed until 7PM on a Friday to get it all sorted out ahead of the big snow storm we had in Maryland in January 2024.
