It was my first time at this location. I made an appt with Dalia, who I have never seen or met before. The person who checked me in asked if I had an appt. I told her I did, with Dalia. After a couple minutes she called me to her chair, which had hair from the previous client all around it. We are taking a large amount of hair. Nevertheless, She cut my hair as I requested, and was very friendly. It wasn’t the best haircut, but it’s ok. However, at checkout her and another stylist had a little bit of an argument in front of me. It turned out that the woman who cut my hair was NOT Dalia. It was Maeza. I loved the haircut Ivonne gave me today. I asked for long, round layers with face framing for my naturally curly hair (3b/3c), and she cut it perfectly. It is very flattering, and I have received several compliments today because it was styled so beautifully. Thank you, Ivonne! You made me feel extra special today.
