The owner was polite and very knowledgeable Juan, quoted me a repair price as soon as the vehicle was brought in and checked. The issue was fixed by the next morning and the cost to repair was very reasonable. I will again use their services in the future for my BMW.

Guillen's Automotive has made my car a priority both times that I have called and has gotten it in and fixed same day. They are super kind, professional, fair, and the only shop in the DMV that I trust to do what's best for my car and me (including my wallet). There's never an upsell, they never do extraneous work that doesn't make sense, and they make great recommendations for any problems and for general car care.
