Can I give 100 stars?! I got home from work to a flooded kitchen from our sink leaking all day! It was already 5:30pm, but I tried Guerrero right away after seeing so many recommendations from my neighborhood. Corey answered the phone from Guerrero was so reassuring and got in touch with a technician who could come out within the hour!! Pedro identified the problem and provided me with multiple solutions for me to choose from to fit our budget and timeframe. I opted to have him replace our faucet this evening, and he and his supervisor, Hector, worked to get us a replacement faucet in an even better brand to ensure longevity. On top of all of that, they are genuinely nice people who actually care about customer service and doing the work correctly the first time.
