Went to get my HP laptop repaired. . I told him I was a student and needed the laptop while he waited for the part to come in.He ended up keeping my laptop for a whole week until the part he ordered came. He refused to give my laptop back unless I paid in full for services I hadn't received yet. Then when the part finally came in he said that it was ready for pick up but when I got there IT WAS NOT EVEN FIXED. He literally handed me the part and laptop and said go somewhere else. And charged me a diagnostic fee because HE REFUSED to fix my laptop. Worst experience possible. Do Not Recommend!

Please, I'm begging you to ignore the positive comments. I brought my laptop in to have a diagnostic run on it to see why the laptop was not powering up. I was told it was a motherboard issue and that the keyboard was not operable, so I allowed him to order the parts and repair. After a pricey bill and three weeks of waiting, I was returned the laptop, only to find out that the wireless adapter on the motherboard was not functional. I asked why this happened, and he condescendingly told me that it was not his doing.
