I had an excellent experience. I came in with significant muscle tension and discomfort, especially in my neck, shoulders, and upper body. Lawrence was professional, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable.
What impressed me the most was how much better I felt afterward. The following day I was able to go swimming and work out at the gym without the pain and stiffness I had been dealing with before. I felt looser, more mobile, and genuinely refreshed.
Lawrence took the time to address problem areas and the results were noticeable.

I had an absolutely lovely experience at Fresh Start Massage and Bodywork. Daniel was incredibly intentional and knowledgeable throughout the session. I’ve had experiences where therapists rely too heavily on elbows and knuckles, but his approach felt thoughtful and personalized. I left feeling relaxed, calm, and rejuvenated. I also appreciated him taking the time to explain the difference between muscle tension and knots. I’ll be back in just a couple weeks!
Daniel gave me the best massage I have ever had. I had lower back tension for months and after one session with him, he alleviated most of my back pain. He was so knowledgeable about human anatomy and which muscle groups have the most influence on each other. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend you ask for Daniel.
