Dear Collins Funeral Home Team,
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent care and professionalism shown during my nephew Elias F. Kassa’s funeral service in November 2025.
From the beginning to end the staff took care of us with much warmth and compassion.
Special thanks to Dezirae Bires for her kindness and attention to detail in guiding us through the process and for the staff helping coordinate the date and time of the service with Gate of Heaven Cemetery which was very important for us in order to have my nephew be laid to rest at the same cemetery with his father.

Joe was so helpful and supportive in everything to do with my husband’s care. He and Collins Funeral Home made getting my husband home to California as easy as it could be under the circumstances we were dealing with.
Joseph and all the staff I interacted with at Collins were very professional, respectful, compassionate, and helpful during this difficult time.
