I had an appointment with Neacia, she was so kind and attentive EXTREMELY fast which is always nice when you’re getting a service. Also the attention to detail? *chefs kiss*

Before applying any product before the wax she told me ahead of time what it was and that was nice to know. (It’s definitely the little things that make an appointment feel luxurious) she made sure she asked between if the wax was too hot which sometimes not all waxers do. A 10/10 appointment today at the white oak location especially because of Neacia as my waxer. Will definitely book with her again. :)

Taylor was such a great receptionist, gave me recommendations and was just very kind and helpful overall. Alanna was my waxer and she was so sweet and welcoming, she’s very gentle! This location is a little far from me, but just from my experience I would come back.

I’m so happy I found my wax specialist again! After she left her previous location, I tried a few other technicians and had some pretty disappointing experiences, so finding Neacia here was such a relief.

Neacia is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. She pays attention to every detail, makes sure everything is clean, and leaves you perfectly smooth every time. What I love most is how gentle she is—the process is barely painful because of how skilled and careful she is.

You can truly tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I won’t be going to anyone else. Highly, highly recommend Neacia!
