Luckily we found Hardisty plumbing after another company, reliable that was not very reliable that day, cut a hole in our family room ceiling to stop a toilet leak that still leaked when they were done. We found Mr. Hardisty and he fixed the leak without using the new hole in our ceiling. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and has reasonably priced services. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
Tom was the only plumber I called who responded promptly and took the time to diagnose my problem over the phone so he didn't need to come out at all and did not make any money from me. I appreciated his honesty and his promptness and will definitely use him for any plumbing issues in the future.
I called Tom Hardisty for a pin hole leak on my main copper pipe and he showed up in 2 days to fix the leak. I also asked Tom to fix the high water pressure in the house by replacing an old pressure regulator and leaky toilet. He did an awesome job and I now have a trustworthy plumber in my address book. I forgot to mentioned that Tom was recommended by my neighbor friend.
