Our former contractor put us in touch w/ Wayne at Vorhies - we had called the contractor because our Rohl kitchen faucet had malfunctioned. Wayne spoke w/ us on the phone, and thought that the faucet manufacturer could 'troubleshoot' the issue with us. He made the call and conferenced us in. The technical people at Rohl walked me through the 'fix' in under 5 minutes. Wayne saved us the cost of a service call and got the problem solved quickly. A great guy....definitely our 'go-to' plumber for the future.
I have called on this company twice in the past month for two different jobs. Both jobs were relatively straightforward. Wayne Vorhies' technician (Oscar) showed up on time, was pleasant and knew his trade. Price is reasonable, which can be a challenge in the big city.
