I contacted Albert's Carpet Cleaning on a Sunday with the hope that we could have our carpets clean early in the week. He responded quickly and asked if we wanted the carpets cleaned on the same day. I said it was up to him and he said sure. The quoted price was very affordable, for the job he did he should have charged more! When he showed up to the house we needed the entire second floor, stairs and a single room on the ground floor that we were planning to replace the carpeting due to the number of stains. Albert came right on time. He was professional and courteous on the phone and at our home. Trustworthy. And he did excellent work going above and beyond. We'd hire him again without hesitation.

Alberto came to give me an estimate for my cleaning. The estimate was so good and the reviews were so high that I booked him and he started right away. It took a while to unload all the equipment and drag it to the 3rd floor but then he started. He was trustworthy enough for me to leave him alone while he worked. I peaked in once and you could see a clear difference between what he cleaned and what he didn't. I was happy with the final results!
