I'm grateful that the Office Manager was friendlier, and my Nurse Practitioner Theresa Ezenwajiaku was her usual helpful amiable self. I also really appreciate the new male Receptionist who really took time with me and helped me get into the portal...Thank you! And Thanks to you all!
I moved to this area a year ago and started visiting this clinic last fall. I agree with several others on the scheduling concerns. For example, my primary physician is no longer working here and my appointment that I had scheduled six months prior was cancelled without communication with me. Fortunately I called a week before to confirm my own appointment and was able to keep the same day appointment except with a different doctor.
I want to give a shout out to Mike who does lab work. Going to the doctor is overwhelming and getting blood drawn routinely is scary, but he always does a great job, and I’m grateful for staff like him who make this place... read full review
Follow up review:Thank you for your prompt response and investigation Adventist. I've been contacted on this matter and it had been resolved. All your efforts have been appreciated and I look forward to a positive future scheduling experience.Highly disappointed. I was trying to schedule a virtual same day appointment. Miss Carla at the call center assured me she was a "professional" (employee) during our call and that I could expect a call back. I trusted that.Almost 3 hours later I find out when I call back that she never reached out.Miss Carla never communicated, relayed or documented in the system for my nurse practioner to give me a call.To my dismay... read full review
