My husband was released from INOVA after a 7 day stay for Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting surgery. The cardiologist and surgeon offices had already prepared us to have at home, a blood pressure monitor, a pulse oxygen monitor, a thermometer, and a scale for weight. We were taking his vitals four times a day.5 days after being home, I was contacted by Carolyn of Adventist HealthCare Home Health for an appointment between 1:30-2:30.At 2:26, she texts "I am on my way. I did not write my review to get you to respond I want people to know the truth. While I get that you are to respond this makes your Hosptail seem interested in caring but that is not the case. My mom had a major stroke and were just told about the inhome/outpatient therapy. Nothing was mentioned about getting a checkup, etc...Also, we had asked numerous of times to increase the inhome therapy for Neurology Center to contact Adventist home health and for the 5th time, it has been a whirl wind of confusion, no communication between them and Adventist. I am livid on how this has been a complete mess. Adventist home health keeps saying they did not receive anything. Yet Neurology Center said they did.
