My second-floor hot water heater decided to malfunction when I was on a cruise. I live in a townhouse/villa condo community. My next-door neighbor, (fortunately), spotted water running from my front door. To make a long story short, my condo manager recommended United Restoration; they used them before and were well pleased. From what I understand, United Restoration came out almost immediately and started the mitigation process. I arrived to see my home 2 days later. Our unit had water damage, the team at United Restoration was excellent! They kept me in the loop at all times.Chris went out of his way to alert me of another potential issue non-related to the water damage. Had Chris not taken his time with a thorough inspection of our condo unit, we would have had a catastrophic event. The finished product was excellent. United Restoration’s office staff were very helpful during the entire process (Molly, Alyssa, Adrienne). UR’s foreman and crew provided a solid finished product.
