Their work on the Delmarva Peninsula is well noted and set the standard in excellence for their outstanding service along the Delaware and Maryland beaches. Covenant Contractors provided outstanding service in repairs and improvements to a 60 year old beach house in Ocean City, MD. They rebuilt both a front porch and rear deck, tore out and replaced/updated an outdoor shower and constructed a new storage shed and storage bench on the rear deck. They also uncovered and fixed issues with the structural supports of both the porch and deck, all done to current building codes. The final product looks great - clean and bright. The windows and doors they replaced are a vast improvement over what was there. The siding, soffits, and spouting look great. The decks and railings are a great enhancement to the overall look of the house. The home is maintenance free and looks like a new place. Honest crew of workers, high quality craftsmanship. Most recent projects included new windows, siding, roof, and screened-in porch. The screened in porch is amazing, the patio is amazing and the job fixing the roof line looks like it was done that way from the start. Very professional and provided ideas. Great hard working people, who truly believe in quality and had great ideas throughout the process. They came precisely on the agreed upon schedule and focused on the project. We are delighted with the price and quality of the work. We highly recommend them.

Mark, Karen, and the team at Covenant Contractors did several jobs for us at our beach house this past year.
The windows and doors they replaced are a vast improvement over what was there. The siding, soffits, and spouting look great. The decks and railings are a great enhancement to the overall look of the house. We wanted to make the home maintenance free and we have definitely achieved that goal. It looks like a new place.
