In various forms and episodes, I've used the services of Mayberry Physiotherapy for several years, primarily to address the consequences of injury + COVID lockdown atrophy on my musculoskeletal health. Nate is an incredibly talented physical therapist and the kindest, person, as well. He listens carefully to the issues being described and addresses the problems thoughtfully and thoroughly. I had a knee injury and I wanted to return to hiking and enjoying time with my grandbaby (which included a lot of climbing stairs while carrying her and getting up and down from playing on the ground). After helping to rehab my knee completely, he gave me a maintenance plan that keeps me strong and ready to participate in any of the activities I want to participate in.
