I have been a patient receiving physical therapy at the Severna Park Office for over 4 months rehabbing my left knee from Replacement surgery . The staff is the Best that I have ever worked with having 5 other previous surgeries before this. They differ from other staffs because they truly work together as One Heartbeat ?!! They communicate and work together as a Team together helping to treat All of there Patients !! All of the Staff then knows what's going on with different Patient which really makes them Extremely Efficient and Effective !! CHYNNA IS AMAZING, THE BEST EMPLOYEE THERE. SHE IS ALWAYS RUNNING THE SHOW BY HERSELF. EVERY TIME I COME IN FOR MY APPT SHE IS RUNNING FROM THE FRONT TO THE BACK, FROM THE BACK TO THE FRONT! GIVE HER A RAISE ASAP, YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE HER! SHE IS ALWAYS DOING SO MUCH WORK AND PICKING UP WHERE OTHERS SLACK OFF AT! SHE MAKES THE OFFICE RUN SMOOTH.

The place is clean, fairly organized and larger than it appears. They seem to have the same equipment as the Jennifer Rd location and they allow family to accompany the patient. A mask is required at all times in the facility.Karen performed my wife's evaluation on Saturday. She was lively, personable, engaging and knowledgeable. She explained everything that she asked my wife to do; recommended other options that would be beneficial for her; and answered all of our questions. She also gave us printouts of exercises to do at home to further aid in her therapy.
