Professional, knowledge and just a wonderful person! Nic fixed my air after 100 temps and storms all weekend! Explained everything so I could understand. My unit is 26 years old and needs to be replaced, but I am just not able to at this time. There was no pressure and you can bet I will be calling here before spring for replacement! Fair and honest! I can not say enough about this company!

I can not say enough good things about Controlled Climates. If you are looking for a true tradesman, and NOT a salesman, give Nic a call. We just purchased this home and it has been full of surprises. As the temperatures began to warm, we found our HVAC system was not functioning as it should. Nic came out and talked thru the pros and cons of multiple options. He was able to repair the present issue that day. We just moved from Japan and asked about options for mini splits to replace the central AC. We again talked thru many different options. Nic is wonderful! Very professional and great at diagnosing what was wrong with our system. A few years ago we needed to replace our HVAC system. Nic was quick to respond and come out to our house. He offered a few solutions (fix the broken part only or replace the whole system with varying price points). It was nice to not be pressured into a full replacement even though that’s what we ended up doing. If we ever have issues, Nic is quick to set up a time to come out and take a look/fix the issue. We recommend Controlled Climates to all our family and friends!
