Jessica in the office was incredibly kind and helpful, making the scheduling process a breeze. Richard, who came out to do the work, was courteous and professional, putting on booties to protect our carpet (something I don’t see from every service provider). He completed the replacement quickly, did a fantastic job, and even fixed issues caused by the builder that had been harming my old sump pump.
Because of this extraordinary service, I’ve decided to switch to Abend Services for all my plumbing needs going forward!

About 4 years ago we had some ants and insect activity so contacted Montgomery Pest to give us advice. Mike showed up a few days later on time, was super friendly, passed along a few tips, and then told us he would recommend to hold off on getting any service because it wouldn't be the most effective at that time. He didn't even charge us for this visit, but he explained their pricing if the problem reoccurred or we wanted an immediate spray. As he predicted, our trouble did quickly go away on its own! Well this spring when we had a few ants showing up in the house, guess who was on our speed dial? Mike showed up 2 days later right on time, gave us more tips and feedback, and then did an indoor/ outdoor spray service for us with a 90-day warranty. We’ve been seeing ants in the house for so long we finally decided to give someone a call. We found a local company Park Pest Control and they got rid of the ants right away! We have them come back every three months just to reapply and make sure we don’t have anymore or other issues and they’re so polite and on time every time!Service: Ant extermination
Suzy is amazing! I initially went to see her (recommendation from my friend) to fix a bad bleach job which made my hair fall out. She really listened to all of my concerns and then suggested we take baby steps to get my hair back to being healthy. Every time I went back we re-evaluated what would be best. Since going to her my hair is so much healthier and I love everything she does each time! She is so professional and so sweet! The whole atmosphere there is very welcoming and fun!
I received a set of K tip extensions today and to say I’m in love is an understatement. Christen is amazing and cares about her clients. All of my kids now go here for their haircuts. Casey recently gave my 1 year old his first cut, and she did a fantastic job! He did not make it easy on her, but she was super patient and it turned out great. I'll be coming back here for a long time.

I came here to get a french gel manicure and an active pedicure. I called ahead and they were able to see me the same morning at the time that I requested. As soon as I arrived, my nail tech was ready and helped me find the best polish color (for my toes) to help get me the look I was going for.
The tech took her time with me to make sure that it was done nicely. Even when I accidentally messed up one of my nails by bumping it against the UV light, she was very patient and fixed it several times until it was perfect.
Everyone was very nice and professional and I think my tech did a fantastic job, especially with the french tips. I will definitely be coming back here again.
Edit: I have been here several times over the years and I am always satisfied with their work. This is my go-to nail salon in this area. Everyone here is so thorough and professional. They take their time to ensure a high quality result. They impress me every time I come in.

Stephanie I was the woman who Kim was just going to wrap my nail so it could sit while she was finishing you. I just had to respond because it was so innocent and obviously Kim was a good business woman and tried to multitask. Once you surprisingly said something she didn’t wrap my nail. And yes it only took 2 minutes when Kim actually did it. If something this small upsets you, I’m sad for you. There must be something else going on in your life and I’m sorry and hope you find happiness. Kim quickly did not wrap my nail and continued to accommodate you. She does a wonderful job and she should never get a bad review for just trying to accommodate us both. Your finished nails looked beautiful. I have been going to her for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. ❤️

I’m so grateful for this gem of a spa right in my area. The owner and staff are all so lovely. As soon as you enter, you are instantly relaxed. Chloe did my Electro Sonic DF facial last August 2024 and that was absolutely phenomenal. She was amazing. Today Bella did my Signature Deep Relaxation Treatment and a scalp treatment add on. She was absolutely lovely! She has incredibly strong and hard hands for such a petite woman. She got out my knots and also focused on my face for my migraines. My scalp feels amazing. I also spent time in their salt cave which was wonderful. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this spa!

I’ve been going to see Taylor at Split Ends for a few months now and I’m extremely happy with her service and the results of my hair! I had been using boxed color for awhile so I had varying colors throughout my hair. She helped me pick my current color and along with using other techniques helped make my hair look more unified. She’s easy to talk to and will give you sound advice to help you achieve whatever your look you’re going for!

I get my hair done regularly at John Michael Salon by Cathi, and I always leave happy. The rest of the stylists and owner are very friendly and talented as well. I highly recommend Cathi because she always makes sure my hair is in better condition than before I arrived and she does fantastic highlights.

Firstly the atmosphere was very calm and serene and the look of the place was insanely gorgeous to me. Very well kept and maintained.
My shampoo tech Josie was super sweet and patient, gave me an amazing shampoo and massage to go along with it.
My hair feels great, smells great, is great and I’ll be returning for this again. 10/10 would recommend

We just finished up a stone revetment job with Heinsohn Contracting and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Eric Heinsohn and the entire crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. My dog Ramsey has been going here since he was 9 weeks old and all of the doctors here have given him compassionate, effective care. As a new puppy owner a year and a half ago, they helped me learn all the right things I should be giving/ doing for my dogs wellness and health! This place is also immaculate, has ample parking, and in a great area/building. I 10/10 would recommend this place to ANYONE looking for quality, quick, effective veterinary care. When I get my second dog, I will be for sure trying to get them in as a patient!
I highly recommend using the Severna Park Veterinary Hospital for all your fur babies. As a new client, I was able to get a timely appointment for a very sick cat. Staff was knowledgeable and very compassionate concerning his care.
Happy with my experience, I shortly thereafter brought my other cat in for her physical, bloodwork, & vaccines. I plan to continue with this office for my future veterinary needs.
We followed Dr Steinberg here about 40 years ago and have never once looked back. All of my kitties have been coming here for years and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I love the staff! They are patient and accommodating, which helps so much (my little old man has gotten cranky in his golden years - and they are so good to him ?)
Dr. Buchanan is an angel - we are trying to stick with her only because my geriatric kitty (17.5yo) is starting to show signs of his age and we need that continuity of care now. But prior to this I have been willing to see any doctor. Again, we have been coming here for almost 40 years I've never had a doc i didn't like or didn't trust.

The entire staff at Alexander Animal Hospital is amazing. The care is exceptional. They listen to pet owners’/parents’ concerns and advocate for the well being of the pet. One of our frenchies was having some major issues with a skin infection vs focal seizures. They have been trialing different things, and helping the situation since it occurred. I called and asked if they could do something else to possibly help. They listened, got us in the next day, and pretty sure fixed the issue. It’s very easy to get an appointment, and they are reasonably priced, unlike other vets around town. I highly recommend Alexander Animal Hospital.

My daughter bought me a gift certificate for Bodyworx Spa. I was there many years ago and had a great Massage but today was truly amazing. I had a 90 minute massage with Marsha. . It was not only relaxing but also she was able to work on my neck and lower back that had been hurting . I feel much better with less pain.. !! Michele is one of a kind. I have had massages all over in all of our travels. I came to her a few years ago to treat myself for my birthday and instantly knew it was the best massage I’ve had anywhere. Not only is she a wonderful masseuse. Lily was very good, listened to what i wanted for the most part, except for taking too long on my back and legs, while requesting an hour per side during a two-hour Swedish massage. Other than that, her deep tissue was very good on the body-fat areas i wanted worked on more deeply. I will definitely be going back to see her again.

We can not sing the praises loud enough for Dr. Ashley. My daughter was having some foot pain while dancing that other orthopedics dismissed as an anatomy problem, put her in orthotics and would have preferred she just stopped dancing. The injury climaxed one day and she could not put any weight at all on her foot without extreme pain. Dr. Ashley was able to fit us in that day and after a long session my daughter was able to walk with greatly reduced pain. My daughter called her a magician. Dr. Ashley realized it was a tendentious issue and in just over a month of focused PT, wearing a boot and lots of ice baths, she was able to have my daughter pain free and dancing without restrictions. Dr. Ashley is just a delight to work with, and her ability to connect with my daughter and put me at ease was so valuable. I went from feeling I was going to have to say dance was over to now having such a valuable resource on our team.

Jenn is not only an incredible physical therapist but an incredible human. She cares so deeply for her clients and does everything in her power to help them feel better. I had a terrible experience years ago with dry needling and now Jenn needles me often and I get a great deal of relief. Jenn is a wonderful listener and truly wants to help any way possible. You get a 1:1 session which allows for customized care unlike many other PT offices. I’m so grateful for Jenn and her wonderful knowledge and expertise. I cannot say enough good things.
I saw Tara for over a year of hand therapy dealing with a finger injury and surgery to repair it. She is the best! Super knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and willing to do whatever it takes to help. I can't recommend her and her team highly enough if you are in need of hand therapy!
